    Search for Common Ground Rwanda office wishes to invite bids from reputable and experienced suppliers for supply of office items and services for the year 2020/2021

    1. Interested bidder should obtain bid document and further information from Search for Common Ground Rwanda Country Office in Kigali located at KG 11 Avenue, Florida House, 3rd Floor, Remera, Kigali, Rwanda. Office. Our opening hours are from 08.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on workings days only or enquiry by email rwanda@sfcg.org

    2. Interested bidders will not have to pay a fee to obtain bidding documents

    3. Bids submitted should via email address: rwanda@sfcg.org or hand delivery in a PLAIN WAX SEALED ENVOLOPES (Not indicating bidder’s name) marked PRE QUALIFICATION TENDER FOR … (indicate Lot. Number and item.) to the TENDER COMMITTEE and should be addressed to:

    4. The deadline for submission of the pre-qualification Tender shall be 05:00 p.m. Friday 24th January 2020 at Search for common Ground Country office. Pre-qualification Tender Committee without the presence of Pre-Qualification Tender will open bids

    5. Search for Common Ground is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid

    6. Only successful bidders will be contacted
