The National Council of Nurses and Midwives (NCNM) invites interested consultants to submit proposals to consultancy services to review the NCNM Manual of Administrative Procedures as per the attached Terms of Reference.

Well-printed and properly bound proposals labelled “TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF NURSES AND MIDWIVES” must be submitted to the NCNM HQs in three sealed envelopes, of which one is the original, not later than 6th May 2021 at 10:00’ a.m. Late bids will not be accepted.
The opening of bids will take place the same day at 10:30 a.m. local time in the meeting room of the NCNM, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the public bids opening session.
