    TENDER NOTICE

    TENDER TITLE: PROVISION OF VALUATION SERVICES OF KING FAISAL HOSPITAL RWANDA FIXED ASSETS.

    TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 32/G/NCB/23/KFH

    The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’Client” funded by ïts ordinary budget, towards the cost of the Provision of valuation services of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda fixed assets.

    The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

    King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Provision of valuation services of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda fixed assets as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

    Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No. 00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali per each Lot.

    All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 500,000 Rwf, duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.

    Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one original and three copies per each Lot, must reach the Procurement Department King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:00 PM local time on January 30th, 2023, 2:30 PM local time. Late bids will be rejected.
